What to expect from an Email Reading

What to expect from an Online Reading?
Online readings are offered through live video chat for those who prefer a real-time, conversational experience. During the session, we explore your questions together as I work intuitively and with supportive tools to provide insight and clarity. These readings allow for dialogue, reflection, and gentle course correction as the session unfolds. I offer online readings because some situations benefit from immediate interaction, the ability to ask follow-up questions, and the grounding presence of being seen and heard in the moment.

Do you offer Recorded Video Readings?
Recorded video readings are offered for those in different time zones or for anyone who prefers not to attend a live session. After you submit your questions and payment, I record your reading on video in real time, working intuitively and with supportive tools specifically for you. Your cards are drawn during the recording, and the reading unfolds as it would in a live session, just without the need to be present. The recording is then delivered privately for you to watch at your convenience and return to as often as you like. I offer recorded video readings to make guidance more accessible while preserving the depth, presence, and care of a dedicated reading.
Scheduling and Refunds
Scheduling & Preparation
Readings are a time-specific service, and preparation may begin in advance of your scheduled session.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund, reflecting time reserved and preparation already undertaken.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice forfeit the full session fee.
Rescheduling
Where possible, clients may request to reschedule within 48 hours, subject to availability.
You may reschedule your online reading up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
Late Arrivals
Sessions joined more than 10 minutes late may be considered forfeited, as the session time cannot be extended.

By completing your booking, you consent to the early commencement of the service and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be limited once preparation has begu
